Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan - President of Beni Suef University - the Faculty of Navigation Sciences and Space Technology was honored with the  visit of the delegation of the Egyptian Dar Al-Ifta, headed by Prof. Dr. Ali Omar Al-Farouq - Director of the Crescent Survey Department - and the young scholars of Dar Al-Ifta, in the presence of Prof. Dr./ Osama Shalabia - Dean of the College of Navigation Sciences and Space Technology, Prof. Heba Allah Abdel Halim - Vice Dean for Environmental Affairs and Community Service - and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Salam - Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs - and Prof. Dr. Hossam Nassar - Vice Dean for Postgraduate studies Affairs - Dr. Mohamed Murad - Secretary of the College Council and teacher at the Department of Space Communications - and a number of college students. The visit comes to activate a protocol of cooperation between the college and Dar al-Ifta in the fields of research, education, training programs, scientific consultations, forensic astronomy, space science and technology which was signed last week in the presence of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, Dr. Shawky Allam, the Grand Mufti of Egypt, and Dr. Osama Shalabia, Dean of the College. , This visit was preceded by the reception of the delegation by Dr. Mansour Hassan, the president of the university, at the university headquarters, in the presence of Dr. Osama Shalabia, the dean of the faculty, the faculty deputies, and a number of students. During the meeting, the details of allocating a headquarters for the Dar Al Iftaa inside the university were reviewed, after it was equipped with all capabilities to provide legal fatwa services to all segments of the Swefian society.
