Program Targets

The main target of this program is to give the fundamentals of the subjects of navigation and space sciences and their relation to the various disciplines. Also providing students with basic sciences in the fields of navigation and space and modern knowledge and technology sources to develop their capabilities in a way that guarantees the provision of distinguished scientific experiences to some of the community’s bodies and contribute to solving some of its problems. This program aims to achieve the following goals:
Learn the basic concepts of navigation and space science.
- Study the different methods of installing and designing satellites.
Understanding the current limits of developments in the navigation and space sciences.
Preparing highly experienced cadres in the use of navigation and space techniques for some community organizations and contributing to solving some of its problems.
Linking the acquired sciences and technologies with various sciences, such as communications, information, meteorology, maritime and air navigation, and satellite media broadcasting
To develop students' innovative thinking and work to develop innovative solutions to new challenges through research and academic and applied graduation projects in this field.
